How do I invite Betty?

You can invite Betty by clicking the following link: Invite Betty, on the next page you can select a server you want to invite it to and press Authorize.

If the server you want to invite it to is not in the list please check if you're signed in with the right account.

I can't hear Betty or the audio sounds weird/laggy.

Here's a list of steps you can take to fix this issue:

1. Look above your username (with the mute/deafen/settings icons) - does it say Voice Connected? If not, check your internet connection. If it says RTC connecting, consider downloading the Discord desktop client, or try another web browser.

2. Check you're not deafened or server deafened.

3. Ensure the bot is not client/server muted by right clicking it, and make sure the volume is up in the same place.

4.Make sure something is playing using /now-playing and the bot is not paused using /resume.

5. Make sure your Sound Settings are correct. (User Settings --> Voice & Video --> Ensure the Output and Input Devices are not set to Default, and are your correct Sound Devices)

Betty is not responding

Make sure Betty has all the required permissions to respond to your commands, this is a list of permissions that Betty needs:

Read Messages, Send Messages, Embed Links, Connect and Speak
